1966 Series IIA for sale.
It is an 88" SWB hardtop with a Perkins 8203 diesel conversion, SIII gearbox, Fairey overdrive and FWH along with rover diffs (3:9 I think? it will do an easy 70mph on the motorway anyway). The chassis is in excellent condition with no wielding and the bulk head is also in excellent condition.

The tyres have loads of tread and there are some spare wheels with good tyres and a few other spares as well. It just requires a few minor jobs for MOT, no wielding, as like I said, there is no rust on the chassis and bulk head. I have had the vehicle for about 5 years and I am only the second owner on the log book, it was first registered in '76 (hence P reg on plate, but tax exempt) and I'm told was Army for 10 years prior to that.

The reason I'm selling it is because to be honest I've lost interest and don't have the time for it anymore due to a young family and my motorbikes taking up what little free time I have. It's been sat on the drive for the last 2 years since we moved house (which also takes up my time on DIY) and deserves an owner that will give it the time and care that these old girls need.

I'm looking for £1100.00 ono which seems a low to fair price considering for a few hundred and some time you will get a Landy that will last you years and be worth more than it will have cost you come selling time (unlike some restoration projects).
